Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent to contribute to the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.


Talent Acquisition:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

Candidate Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from application review to job offer.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.


  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand departmental needs and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

Employer Branding:

  • Contribute to the development of the company’s employer brand through effective communication and representation at job fairs, industry events, and other relevant forums.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Generate regular recruitment reports to provide insights into key metrics and recruitment effectiveness.


  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in recruitment legislation.
